Reformation Church Core Beliefs

We Believe In The Ancient Christian Faith

I believe in God, the Father almighty,
maker of heaven and earth.

And in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit
born of the virgin Mary,
Suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, dead, and buried;
he descended to the grave.
The third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended to heaven
and sits at the right hand of God the Father almighty.
From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy Christian church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. Amen.

We Hold To Reformation Theology

Sola Scriptura - Scripture Alone is the sole infallible rule of faith and practice.

Sola Fide - Faith Alone, not our works, is how God gifts salvation.

Sola Gratia - Grace Alone means that salvation is entirely from God.

Solus Christus - Christ Alone is how we are saved.

Soli Deo Gloria - The Glory of God Alone is what the entire universe points to.

We Subscribe To A Historic Confession
